[color=blue] Fiorella Icardi, figlia sedicenne di un celebre chirurgo romano, scompare
misteriosamente e viene poi ritrovata cadavere sul fondo del lago di Albano. Un colpo d'arma da fuoco alla nuca ed altri
indizi fanno dapprima concentrare i sospetti della polizia, che si è messa alacremente al lavoro su di un certo Enrico
Tummoli, detto Mammone, incallito guardone e proprietario di una trattoria. Seguendo le mosse di Carla, una compagna di
scuola di Fiorella, si viene a scoprire un vero e proprio traffico di minorenni di buona famiglia, diretto da Franz
Hekker (alias Franz Pagano), di origine olandese. Nel giro è implicato pure il Consigliere Mordini, più volte ministro
e grande nume protettore di Icardi, il questore, però è stranamente interessato ad attribuire tutte le colpe ad Enrico
Tummoli ed a chiudere subito la faccenda. Questo anziano vizioso viene però eliminato e la stessa sorte tocca al
ginecologo della casa di appuntamenti ed allo stesso Franz Pagano. Le tracce dei copertoni dell'auto e la verifica di
altri particolari conducono, infine, lo zelante Commissario Carraro a mettere le mani sul pluriomicida dott. Giacometti,
collega ed amico di famiglia di Icardi.

Fiorella Icardi, sixteen year old
daughter of a famous Roman surgeon, mysteriously disappears and is later found dead at the bottom of Lake Albano. A
gunshot to the neck and other clues they first focus their suspicions of the police, who got to work hard on a certain
Henry Tummolo, Mammone said, hardened voyeur and owner of a restaurant. Following the moves of Carla, a classmate of
Fiorella, it turns out a real traffic of minors from a good family, headed by Franz Hekker (aka Franz Pagano), of Dutch
origin. Within the Board also is involved Mordini, several times minister and the great protecting deity of Icard, the
commissioner, however, is strangely relevant to attribute the blame to Henry Tummolo and immediately close the matter.
This old man is vicious but eliminated and the same fate comes to the gynecologist of the brothel and at the same Franz
Pagano. The tracks of the tires of the car and check other details lead, finally, the zealous Carraro Commissioner to
get their hands on the serial killer Dr. Giacometti, colleague and family friend of Icardi.
